Our process:

Perky Foraging Company begins in the field, not on a production line. Every offering starts with observation, plant identification, harvest timing, and respect for the land.

Our process is simple, thoughtful, and always improving.

Field Observation & Plant Identification.

Before anything is gathered, we observe the plant population, location, season, and surrounding ecosystem. Plants are identified carefully and harvested only when the stand appears healthy enough to support responsible gathering.

The goal is not to take everything available. The goal is to gather well, leave plenty behind, and protect the place we are working in.

Small-Batch Preparation

Plant material is sorted by hand, prepared in small amounts, and processed with attention to plant part, extraction method, and batch timing.

Our tinctures are traditionally prepared using fresh plant material and neutral grain spirits unless otherwise stated. Each batch is handled intentionally from harvest through bottling.

Batch Care & Transparency

Every batch is part of a larger recordkeeping system. We track plant material, preparation method, timing, bottling, labeling, and finished inventory so that the work remains organized and accountable.

This is part of our commitment to quality, transparency, and responsible small-batch production.

Thoughtfully crafted to elevate what matters most.

Quality Over Quantity.

We would rather make less and make it well than overharvest, rush the process, or remove plants from the land it came from unnecessarily.
